No Questions Asked Financial Aid Policy

• Players and families who request financial aid will receive support without the need for extensive documentation or justification.

• Financial assistance may cover partial or full program fees, including individual and group training, tryouts, and select team dues.

• Aid will be provided confidentially to respect the privacy of all participants and ensure an inclusive, stigma-free experience.

 

2. Application Process

• Families can request financial aid by submitting a simple, confidential request form, indicating which program they are registering for.

• No financial documents or explanations are required—only an acknowledgment of the need for assistance.

• Requests can be made at any time.

 

3. Approval Criteria

• Aid requests will be granted based on the Club’s available resources and the number of active financial aid recipients.

• Financial aid will be approved as long as it remains practical for the Club’s sustainability and does not adversely impact other participants or the Club’s ability to operate programs.

• If the demand for aid exceeds available resources, priority may be given to returning players and those who demonstrate consistent commitment and participation.

 

4. Program Guidelines

• Recipients of financial aid are expected to meet the same participation and conduct standards as all players.

• The policy is subject to periodic review to ensure that the program remains equitable, transparent, and aligned with the Club’s goals.

 

5. Confidentiality and Respect

• Ajax New Amsterdam is committed to maintaining strict confidentiality regarding financial aid requests and approvals.

• Players and families receiving aid will be treated equally and held to the same standards as all other participants, ensuring a supportive and unified community.

 

6. Club Responsibility and Sustainability

• To maintain this policy, Ajax New Amsterdam may allocate a portion of profits, sponsorship funds, and donations toward the financial aid program.

• Community contributions and fundraising efforts may also be organized to help sustain and expand financial aid availability.
